Speaker Bio: Rebekah Feist earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is now R&D Director at Dow, where she leads global new product development for Emulsions, Blends, and Powders. Since 2017, her teams have delivered more than 80 new products, recognized with R&D100, IChemE, and ACS awards. She manages and develops a global team of over 50 scientists, advancing technologies from concept to commercialization. Earlier in her career, she helped create the Dow POWERHOUSE Solar Shingle System and built strategies for growth across multiple Dow businesses. Beyond Dow, she contributes to the profession through her service on multiple university advisory boards and innovation workshops with industry partners.
